  • Partner with the process engineering team to develop new processes, optimize process windows, ensure device robustness, and resolve integration challenges
  • Design and analyze experiments to improve device performance, yield, and reliability
  • Drive structured root‑cause analysis for yield, reliability, or device‑related issues, and implement sustainable corrective solutions
  • Present technical content in executive‑level reviews and represent the team in cross‑functional discussions
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the development of engineering best practices
  • Define next-generation process architecture and take a leadership role in technology scaling
  • M.S. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in compound semiconductor technology development and/or manufacturing
  • Understanding of gallium nitride crystal structure and crystalline defects
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high‑level objectives into actionable engineering plans and drive projects independently
  • Hands-on data‑driven problem‑solving skills using DOE, statistical analysis, SPC, 6‑sigma, and FMEA methodologies
  • Track record of leading or significantly contributing to semiconductor materials and device technology development projects with measurable impact on performance, reliability, yield, or cost
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to both engineering and executive audiences (in both written and verbal form)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced development environment
  • Experience taking technologies from development into early manufacturing

If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of power semiconductor technology and creating devices that enable previously impossible power conversion solutions, we encourage you to apply.
