From the employer
As a Product Engineer (Full-Stack) at Antimetal, you'll help define and build the core product powered by our AI agents.
We're looking for an engineer who can own features end-to-end, bring structure to ambiguous problems, work directly with customers and iterate on their feedback, make strong technical decisions, and ship high-quality code.

Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues—giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.
What You’ll Do:
Design and ship features powered by our agents, owning end-to-end delivery across the stack, from backend data models to React interfaces.
Work directly with customers to refine features and inform product direction.
Collaborate with design to push frontend polish and define interaction patterns.
Take ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones and orchestrating delivery.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles.
Experience delivering projects end-to-end in a startup environment, navigating ambiguous initiatives and working cross-functionally (across product, design, engineering, and GTM).
Strong experience in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS.
History of strong product thinking—designing not just code, but features customers love.
Bonus:
Experience building agentic products.
Background in dev-tools, infrastructure, or observability.
Prior experience as a founder/founding engineer, tech-lead, or product manager.
Who you are:
Identify as a builder.

Love working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one).
Enjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems.
